Does Naranja have a physical store?
Naranja Publicaciones does not have a physical store, but you can buy all the books and publications through the Virtual Store.
We also have an office/workshop that you can visit by making an appointment through our Contact Form.
How to buy?
The main sales channel is our website. Visit our Virtual Store.
In addition, you can visit some bookstores where you can find our publications and be aware of the fairs in which we will participate.
Do you ship? What shipping methods do you use?
Yes, we ship all over Chile and the world.
- Within Santiago you can choose to pick up in our office/workshop; or shipping by Correos de Chile.
- We ship to all Chile by Correos de Chile.
What payment methods are available?
We have three payment methods: wire transfer, webpay (debit and credit cards) and Paypal.
Can I buy from abroad through the website?
Yes, you can buy through the website. The store has configured the shipment price to different countries around the world and has two forms of payment that accept international cards: Transbank and Paypal.
What currency are the prices in on the website?
Prices on the website are in Chilean Pesos (CLP). One US dollar is equivalent to approximately 950 Chilean pesos.
Do you ship outside Chile?
Yes, we ship abroad. You can choose between Correos de Chile (cheaper, but less time consuming) and FedEx (more expensive, but faster).
All shipments are sent with tracking number.
*We have an agreement with FedEX that allows us to offer discounts of up to 70%.
Do you receive orders from institutions?
Yes, we receive orders from national and foreign institutions. We have the capacity to issue export invoices and to take care of the whole process of the departure of the merchandise from Chile, even when the amount of the order requires a customs agent.
The institution can place its order in two ways: directly via the website or by writing directly to [email protected].
Our institution uses very rigorous purchasing protocols, how could we place an order under these conditions?
We have experience in receiving orders from institutions with very strict protocols. To execute the order, we recommend you to send an email to [email protected] to request a quotation and, if you are interested in continuing with the process, to initiate the buying process.
What forms of payment do the institutions have?
Institutions can make their payments through the usual mechanisms: webpay and paypal; however depending on their requirements they can also pay their orders through International Wire Transfer. To use this option we recommend you to place your order via email. Write to us at [email protected]
Do you issue tax documents for sales?
Yes, we issue tax documents in accordance with Chilean law. For domestic cases, we issue sales invoices; and, for international cases, we issue export invoices in the currency in which the institution needs such document.
